Research Progress in Targeted Treatment of Medulloblastoma

髓母细胞瘤(MB)是儿童中枢神经系统最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。近年随着基因组学的发展,人们对MB分子分型、发生发展机制有了进一步认识,但具体机制目前尚未明确。虽然目前以手术为主、放化疗为辅的综合治疗已取得一定进展,但MB患者的预后仍较差,幸存患者仍长期受严重不良反应的影响。因此,未来仍需深入了解MB分子分型的临床特征和发病机制,同时对MB患者进行准确的分子分型并给予个体化靶向治疗策略,以改善MB患者的预后和生活质量。

Medulloblastoma(MB)is one of the most common malignancies in the central nervous system of children.The development of genomics in recent years has enabled the study of MB molecular subtypes to have a certain understanding of the mechanism of MB occurrence and development.However,the exact mechanism has not yet been clarified.Although some progress has been made in the comprehensive treatment based on surgery and supplemented by radiotherapy and chemotherapy,the prognosis of MB patients is still poor,and the surviving patients are still affected by serious adverse reactions for a long time.Therefore,in the future,we still need to deeply understand the clinical characteristics and pathogenesis of MB molecular typing,make accurate molecular typing of MB patients and give individualized targeted treatment strategies,so as to improve the prognosis and quality of life of MB patients.
