女性腹腔内性腺外畸胎瘤发病机制及诊治研究进展

Research Progress of Pathogenesis,Diagnosis and Treatment of Female Extragonadal Teratomas in Abdominal Cavity

畸胎瘤是一种生殖细胞肿瘤,多发于女性性腺,是卵巢肿瘤中最常见的组织学类型之一。女性腹腔内性腺外畸胎瘤极为罕见,最常见的腹腔内畸胎瘤发生部位是网膜。由于性腺外畸胎瘤发病率极低,相关报道研究较少,因此具体发病机制目前尚不清楚。由于下腹部及盆腔畸胎瘤与卵巢畸胎瘤在影像学及实验室表现方面类似,且部位接近,术前诊断与鉴别诊断较困难。因此,深入了解女性腹腔内性腺外畸胎瘤的起源理论、临床表现、诊断及治疗策略等,可以为疾病的临床诊治提供新思路。

Teratoma is a germ cell tumor that occurs in the female gonads and is one of the most common histological types of ovarian tumors.However,intraperitoneal extragonadal teratomas are extremely rare,and the most commonly reported cases are in the omentum.Since the incidence of extragonadal teratoma is extremely low and related reports and studies are rare,the specific pathogenesis of extragonadal teratoma remains unclear.Because the imaging and laboratory manifestations of lower abdominal and pelvic teratomas and ovarian teratomas are similar,and the location is close,the preoperative diagnosis and differential diagnosis are very difficult.Therefore,a comprehensive understanding of the origin theory,clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment of female intraperitoneal extragonadal teratomas can provide new ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this rare disease.
