摘要
如何高效、环保、无害化处理废弃钻井液已经严重制约着苏里格区域钻井提速增效,目前国内外应用最多的就是采用复合铝盐破胶剂对钻井液进行破胶处理,较好地解决了废弃水基钻井液,但浸出液中重金属离子含量超标,导致钻井液使用率低,甚至无法重复使用,为此研发一种适用于苏里格区域水基钻井液的净化剂,该处理剂不含高价金属离子,对SS去除率>80%,实现悬浊液快速分离,分离液可复配回用,复配后的钻井液性能稳定,满足现场钻井液配制需求。
How to treat waste drilling fluid efficiently,environmentally friendly and innocuously has seriously restricted the drilling speed and efficiency in Sulige area.At present,the most widely used at home and abroad is to use composite aluminum salt gel breaker to break the gel of drilling fluid,which solves the problem of waste water-based drilling fluid.However,the content of heavy metal ions in the leaching fluid exceeds the standard,resulting in low utilization rate of drilling fluid and even non reuse.Therefore,a purifying agent suitable for water-based drilling fluid in Sulige area is developed.The treating agent does not contain high valence metal ions,and the removal rate of SS is more than 80%,so as to realize the rapid separation of suspension fluid.The separated fluid can be compounded and reused.The performance of the compounded drilling fluid is stable and meets the requirements of on-site drilling fluid preparation.
