气举排液采气过程控制与措施效果评价

摘要 气举通常是积液气井恢复产能的最有效措施。在实际操作过程中,受气源、举升装备、地面工艺流程的限制,举升设备的注气压力、注气排量不可调节,气举措施不连续、不彻底,致使气井在气举措施实施不久后又重新积液停产。究其原因,气举装备配套及工艺设计不能满足连续气举作业的要求,致使气举过程控制不遵循举升过程中井筒积液高度的变化过程和天然气携液生产规律,是气举措施成功率不高的主要原因。本文详细分析了开井气举过程中井筒积液流动变化过程,并根据这一过程,将开井连续气举划分为三个阶段。通过这三个阶段的举升,在尽可能减少井筒积液被压回地层的同时,有效排出井筒积液,并将井底近井筒地层积液引流至井筒并被排出井口。此外,为了科学判断积液井气举复产的效果,笔者确定了“措施强度与措施频次、积液程度与出液比率、措施有效性、稳定生产时间、增产气量”等5个评价内容。 Gas lift is usually the most effective measures to recovery the gas production capacity for drowned gas wells.In actual operation,because of limitations by the gas source,lifting equipment and ground process,the injection pressure and gas flow velocity cannot be changed,and the gas lift measures are not continuous and thoroughly.It makes the gas well liquid loading and drowned again after the gas lifting measures before.Investigate its reason,the control of gas lift process does not follow the variation of fluid height and the liquid carrying pattern within wellbore,the facilities of gas lift equipment and ground process design cannot make gas lifting process continuously,which are the main reason why the gas lifting measures not very successful.This paper analyzes the process of wellbore fluid flow changes during opening gas lift wells,and according to this process,the continuous gas lift while gas well producing is divided into three stages,in minimizing the quantity of wellbore fluid which would reflow into the gas reservoir,so as to unload liquid effectively,and also to drainage inner formation liquid near-wellbore scale into the wellbore and lift to the ground.In order to evaluate gas lift effects on liquid loading wells scientifically,five evaluation contents are set out,which are gas lift intensity and frequency,liquid loading extent and liquid lifting ratio,gas lift effectiveness,stable producing time,increased gas production,and so on.
