体积压裂技术在超低渗油藏应用及效果评价

摘要 姬塬油田Z1长8、Z2长9油藏作为超低渗油藏,其渗透率较低,储层物性差,导致常规注水开发压力传递慢,有效驱替系统难以建立,并且由于该油藏储层非均质性强、存在裂缝等优势渗流通道,整体表现出水驱弱势方向注水不见效,优势方向见效即见水的水驱矛盾,单井产量持续降低。常规单一增加缝长来提高超低渗油藏产量效果不明显,常规压裂工艺改造难以实现该类油藏的有效开发。本文通过研究混合水体积压裂技术“大液量、高排量、低砂比”增加缝内净压力,建立复杂裂缝网络,有效扩大储层改造体积,从而提高措施增油能力,为有效提高单井产量提供了新思路、新方法。 Jiyuan oilfield Z1 Chang 8,Z2 Chang 9 reservoir as ultra-low permeability reservoirs,its permeability is low,poor reservoir property,lead to regular waterflood pressure transmission is slow,difficult to establish effective displacement system,and because the reservoir heterogeneity is strong,there is crack seepage channel advantages,the overall performance of the water flooding weak direction doesn’t work,water injection advantage direction will see the water of water flooding,production per well continues to decline.Conventional single increase of fracture length to improve the production of ultra-low permeability reservoir is not obvious,conventional fracturing technology is difficult to achieve effective development of this reservoir.In this paper,by studying the mixed water volume fracturing technology"large fluid volume,high displacement,low sand ratio"to increase the net pressure in the fracture,the establishment of complex fracture network,effectively expand the reservoir reconstruction volume,so as to improve the measure to increase oil capacity,provides a new idea and a new method for effectively improving the production of single well.
