杉木扦插苗与实生苗生长对比分析 被引量:10

摘要 文章以杉木优良无性系扦插裸根苗和杉木第3代种子园实生裸根苗为研究对象,通过对比生长量、生物量、QI值、生长量区间和主成分分析,分析扦插苗和实生苗生长差异。结果表明:杉木优良无性系扦插裸根苗与杉木第3代种子园实生裸根苗苗高和QI值之间差异显著(P<0.05);地径、高径比、茎叶干重、根部干重、总干重、根冠比和细根干重之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。扦插裸根苗苗高主要分布在60~80 cm区间内、实生裸根苗苗高主要分布在40~60 cm区间内;扦插裸根苗和实生裸根苗地径主要都分布在5.0~7.0 mm区间内;主成分分析得出杉木优良无性系裸根苗苗高、地径,生物量和细根生物量均高于杉木第3代种子园实生裸根苗。 In order to study the growth of cutting and seedling of Cunninghamia lanceolata,this paper took the cutting bare root seedlings of excellent clones of chinese fir and the bare root seedlings in the third generation seed orchard of chinese fir as the research objects,by comparing the growth、biomass,qi value,growth interval and principal component analysis,the growth differences between cuttings and seedlings were analyzed.The results show that:there were significant differences in seedling height and qi value between cutting bare root seedlings of excellent clones of chinese fir and the third generation seed orchard of chinese fir(P<0.05);There was no significant difference among ground diameter,height diameter ratio,stem and leaf dry weight,root dry weight,total dry weight,root shoot ratio and fine root dry weight(P>0.05).The seedling height of cutting bare root seedlings is mainly distributed in the range of 60~80 cm,the seedling height of bare root seedlings is mainly distributed in the range of 40~60cm;The ground diameter of cutting bare root seedlings and real bare root seedlings are mainly distributed in the range of 5.0~7.0mm;Principal component analysis,the results showed that the height,ground diameter,biomass and fine root biomass of bare root seedlings of excellent chinese fir clones were higher than those of bare root seedlings in the third generation seed orchard of Chinese fir.
