智慧社区建设是智慧城市的重要抓手。文章在阐述智慧社区概念,分析现有社区智慧管理模式的基础上,对标未来社区9大场景,针对管理难点、痛点和关注点,统一布局开发硬件与软件系统,研发完成特色明显的智慧社区集群系统云平台架构,并应用于单个和多个小区。借助数字化、信息化手段实现数据共享,提升管理效率和服务能力,体现以人为本、服务民生的管理目标。

Smart community construction is an important starting point of smart city.On the basis of expounding the concept of smart community and analyzing the existing community smart management mode,this paper focuses on the nine scenarios of the future community,unifies the layout and development of hardware and software systems for management difficulties,pain points and concerns,develops and completes the cloud platform architecture of smart community cluster system with obvious characteristics,and applies it to single and multiple communities.Realize data sharing by means of digitization and informatization,improve management efficiency and service ability,and embody the management goal of people-oriented and serving the people’s livelihood.
