摘要
尼龙作为结构性材料,可以通过玻璃纤维和其它填料填充的方式,增强改性,提高产品强度,扩大应用范围。随着汽车轻量化,比玻璃纤维质轻的碳纤维让越来越多的尼龙改性生产青睐。采用碳纤维增强改性尼龙,可显著提高尼龙的强度、刚性,制备出具有高强度、高模量、抗疲劳、耐腐蚀等综合性能优良的尼龙改性材料。应用在汽车零部件上的尼龙改性材料,除了有一定的强度,还需要有较好的韧性,在产品生产过程中,加入适量的增韧剂,可改善产品简支梁非缺口冲击强度。
As a structural material,nylon can be filled with glass fiber and other fillers to enhance the modification,improve the strength of products and expand the scope of application.With the lightweight of automobile,carbon fiber,which is lighter than glass fiber,is favored by more and more nylon modified production.Carbon fiber reinforced modified nylon can significantly improve the strength and rigidity of nylon,and nylon modified materials with high strength,high modulus,fatigue resistance and corrosion resistance are prepared.Nylon modified materials used in automobile parts not only have certain strength,but also need better toughness.In the production process,adding appropriate amount of toughening agent can improve the non notched impact strength of simply supported beam.
