数字化背景下的图书馆资源建设研究

当今在图书馆资源的建设中,使用便利及节省空间等优点让数字资源受到了各大图书馆的青睐,致使其所占的经费比重不断升高。然而,数字供应商垄断了数字资源的所有权,而图书馆仅享有数字资源的使用权,这就容易引起数字供应商资源垄断、数字资源价格上涨等问题。与此同时,作为数字供应商的“代理人”,图书馆背负了巨大的财政压力,有损其资源建设的良性发展。因此,文章使用文献调研法分析了当前图书馆资源的建设现状,发现资源过渡数字化造成的具体问题,并在此基础上提出建议,以期为图书馆资源建设的良性发展提供一定的参考。

In today’s society,in the construction of library resources,the advantages of ease of use and space saving have made digital resources favored by major libraries,resulting in the increasing proportion of funds occupied by them.However,it is worth noting that digital suppliers monopolize the ownership of digital resources,while libraries only enjoy the right to use digital resources.This is likely to cause problems such as the monopoly of digital resources and the rise in prices of digital resources.At the same time,as the“agent”of the digital business,the library is also under tremendous financial pressure,which is detrimental to the sound development of its resource construction.Therefore,this article uses the literature research method to analyze the current situation of library resource construction,find specific problems caused by the transition of resources digitization,and propose targeted suggestions on this basis,in order to provide a certain reference for the sound development of library resource construction.
