基于BCG的可穿戴式监测系统设计

摘要 心冲击图(Ballistocardiogram,BCG)是从力学角度实现心脏功能的检测,可以反映心脏收缩性能等重要指标。文章设计了一种可以实时采集心冲击信号的可穿戴式系统,同时还可以实现人体温度、呼吸等信号的采集。文章对7名健康被试者进行信号采集与处理,处理后的信号波形特征与标准信号基本一致。设备体积小,负荷低,操作方便,在居家检测和临床应用方面有着广阔的发展前景。 Ballistocardiogram(BCG)can realize the detection of cardiac function from mechanical dimensions respectively.A wearable system that can collect cardiac shock signals in real time is designed in this paper.At the same time,it can collect the temperature and respiratory signals of human body.In this paper,seven healthy subjects were collected and processed.The waveform characteristics of the processed signal are basically consistent with the standard signal.The equipment with small volume,low load and convenient operation has broad development prospects in home detection and clinical application.
