幼儿园家园矛盾预防现状的调查研究

摘要 为研究当前幼儿园家园矛盾的预防现状,本研究对辽宁省589名幼儿教师进行了问卷调查。研究发现,家园矛盾预防现状的总体情况较好,各幼儿园的预防意识较强,预防内容比较全面,预防途径较多,但在预防过程中个别教师的处理能力欠佳。就建园时长而言,新建幼儿园缺乏经验,预防水平有待提高;从教师职位上看,配班教师与保育教师参与度低,预防能力较弱;从教龄上看,新手教师面临问题与困难较多;从班级总数上看,中小型幼儿园这方面的管理薄弱。基于此,本研究提出相关建议:开展多种形式教育,提升预防水平;落实预案常态化管理,加强演练的实效性;重视管理队伍建设,细化职责分工;建立信息交流平台,园内、园际互相学习。 In order to study the current situation of prevention of conflicts between parents and kindergarten,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 589 preschool teachers in Liaoning Province.The study finds that the overall situation of the prevention of conflicts is good and that all kindergartens have a strong sense of prevention purpose and relatively comprehensive prevention content and approaches,but in the process of prevention several teachers are not good at dealing with conflicts.It is mainly manifested in the following aspects:firstly,newly built kindergartens lack experience and their prevention level needs to be improved;secondly,the participation rate of co-teachers and nursery teachers is low and their prevention ability is poor;thirdly,novice teachers face problems and difficulties that need to be solved urgently;fourthly,the management of small and medium-sized kindergartens is weak and their ability still needs to be improved.Based on this,this study puts forward relevant suggestions as follows:carrying out various forms of education to improve the prevention level,implementing normal management of the plan to strengthen the effectiveness of the drill,attaching importance to the construction of management team and the division of responsibilities,and establishing an information exchange platform to reinforce the learning within or between the kindergartens.
