天然制药材料在皮革制品染色中的应用研究

Research on the Application of Pharmaceutical Materials in the Dyeing of Leather Products

化学合成染料的现代皮革制品,存在一定的化学污染和致癌风险。运用天然制药材料提取的各色皮革染料,不仅可以有效避免皮革制品染色中的污染,还凭借着安全、芳香、抗菌、防腐等特性提升皮革制品的档次,进一步加强消费者对皮革制品的使用安全。本文首先分析了天然制药材料在皮革制品染色中的应用,其次阐述了天然制药材料在皮革制品染料中的提取方法,介绍了天然制药材料在皮革染色中的染料分类,最后以天然制药植物材料中的紫草为例,进行了植鞣牛皮革染色实验,以期通过研究进一步提升皮革制品染色过程的多样化发展,使皮革制品更加环保、健康、安全。

Modern leather products with chemically synthesized dyes have certain risks of chemical pollution and cancer.The use of various leather dyes extracted from natural pharmaceutical materials can not only effectively avoid the pollution in the dyeing of leather products,but also improve the grade of leather products with the characteristics of safety,aroma,antibacterial and antiseptic,and further enhance the safety of consumers in the use of leather products.This paper firstly analyzes the application of natural pharmaceutical materials in leather product dyeing,then expounds the extraction method of natural pharmaceutical materials in leather product dyes,and introduces the classification of natural pharmaceutical materials in leather dyeing.For example,the dyeing experiment of vegetable tanned cow leather was carried out,in order to further improve the diversified development of the dyeing process of leather products through research,and make leather products more environmentally friendly,healthy and safe.
