摘要
物联网技术作为自动通信与信息交换识别的有效手段,对于传统制造企业的生产管理十分重要。对物联网技术及应用进行了相关概述,并分别从应用层、网络层和感知层进行系统架构设计介绍了皮革企业信息管理系统设计的实现与组成,可以为现代皮革企业内部信息管理进行有效的数据采集与归纳,同时对皮革企业内部的各项数据进行智能统计分析,可以有效提高皮革企业的管理成本。最后总结了物联网技术应用于现代皮革企业信息管理系统中的优势,为现代皮革企业信息管理转型升级提供相对更完善的思路。
As an effective means of automatic communication and information exchange identification,the Internet of Things technology is very important for the production management of traditional manufacturing enterprises.This paper firstly gives an overview of the technology and application of the Internet of Things;secondly,it introduces the realization and composition of the information management system design of leather enterprises,that is,the system architecture design is carried out from the application layer,network layer and perception layer,which can provide information for the internal information of modern leather enterprises.The management of effective data collection and induction,and intelligent statistical analysis of various data within the leather enterprise can effectively improve the management cost of the leather enterprise.It provides a relatively perfect idea for the transformation and upgrading of modern leather enterprise information management.
