摘要
运用文献资料法、访谈法、比较研究法等研究方法,对当前高校公共体育课程进行调查分析,研究认为“体医融合”健康促进机制能够对大学生的体质健康水平提供可持续的积极影响,国家政策的推动和教育改革的趋向,也为“体医融合”渗入普通高校公共体育课程提供了空前的机遇。但是,受健康教育不足、资源整合不畅、体医人才匮乏等问题的限制,目前,“体医融合”尚未大范围地渗入普通高校公共体育课程体系建设中。因此,提出构建“体医融合—普通高校公体课”模式:(1)落实健康教育的开展,引导学生建立正确的生活习惯;(2)构建“互联网+体育”课程,实现学生健康状况的全面监管;(3)完善体育教师的知识结构,培养体医复合型教师。
Through the methods of literature review,interview and comparative study,it is concluded that the health promotion mechanism of“physical-medical integration”can provide a sustainable and positive impact on the physical health of college students.The promotion of national policy and the trend of education reform also provide an unprecedented opportunity for the“physical-medical integration”into the public physical education curriculum in colleges and universities. However,due to the lack of health education,poor integration of resources,lack of specialized personnel and other issues,the“physical-medical integration”has not yet penetrated into the construction of public physical education curriculum system in colleges and universities.Based on this,the paper proposes to build a“physical medical integration-public physical education”mode.(1)To implement health education and guide students to establish the correct habits;(2)To build“Internet+physical education curriculum”,to achieve the overall supervision of students’ health;(3)To perfect the knowledge structure of physical education teachers,and to cultivate the compound teachers of physical and medicine.
