内蒙古地区义务教育优质均衡的实现路径探析

摘要 近些年,在各级地方政府及社会各界的共同努力下,内蒙古地区义务教育均衡发展取得了一定的成效。但是受自然因素、经济环境、社会环境、历史政策、教育经费投入体制等因素的影响,内蒙古地区义务教育仍存在着受教育机会不均衡、教育资源配置不均衡、师资力量较为薄弱、教育经费不足等问题,距离优质均衡尚存在一定差距。从公共服务视角出发,在了解内蒙古地区义务教育发展现状的基础上展开研究,探索该地区实现义务教育优质均衡发展的路径,以期为内蒙古义务教育健康有序发展提供参考性意见。 In recent years, with the joint efforts of local governments at all levels and all walks of life, certain results have been achieved in the balanced development of compulsory education in Inner Mongolia. However,affected by natural factors, economic environment, social environment, historical policies, educational funds investment system and other factors, there are still some problems in compulsory education in Inner Mongolia,such as imbalanced educational opportunities, imbalanced allocation of educational resources, weak teachers and insufficient educational funds, and a certain gap between quality and balance. From the perspective of public service, this paper studies the development status of compulsory education in Inner Mongolia based on the understanding of the region to explore the path of achieving the balanced development of compulsory education quality, in order to provide reference for the healthy and orderly development of compulsory education in Inner Mongolia.
