摘要
在创新型国家发展战略背景下,建立与完善创新人才培养体系是新时代赋予高校的基本使命与任务。以北京航空航天大学交通信息工程及控制专业为例,剖析学科创新人才培养过程中存在的课程体系不健全、教学模式单一化、理论实践结合不紧密等问题,结合学科专业特点明确创新人才培养目标,提出包括教师队伍创新能力提升、传统课程体系改革、实践性教学模式探索、多样化考核方式设计四项改革建议与措施,初步实施后取得良好的授课效果,学生创新能力有所提升,有效实现了交通信息工程及控制专业创新人才培养。
Under the background of the innovation-oriented national development strategy, the establishment and improvement of the innovative talents training system are the basic mission and task entrusted to colleges and universities in the new era. Taking the major of traffic information engineering and control at Beihang University as an example, this study analyzes the shortcomings existing in the process of cultivating innovative talents, including incomplete curriculum system, unified teaching mode, uncombined theory and practice, etc., and makes clear the objective of talents training in this field. Furthermore, four reform proposals and measures are put forward,including the improvement of teachers’ innovative ability, the reform of current curriculum system, the exploration of practical teaching mode and the diversified design of assessment. The results of initial implementation show desirable teaching effect and innovative ability improvement, which can help realize the training of professional and innovative talents in the field of traffic information engineering and control.
