加拿大创新型人才培养模式下教学发展的借鉴与启示

Reference and Enlightenment of Teaching Development under the Training Mode of Innovative Talents in Canada

通过到访加拿大西安大略大学、滑铁卢大学、多伦多大学、怀尔逊大学、卡普兰诺大学、英属哥伦比亚大学等高等教育机构,对加拿大高等教育发展状况、中加高等教育文化差异、中加高等教育教学发展进行交流互鉴。一方面对于信息技术推动教学、管理、学习、评价等方面的应用,另一方面对于积极转变教师角色定位,做学生学习的指导者、支持者,促进以学生为中心的教学理念、教学方法的实践,对于积极构建以学生为中心的创新型人才培养、促进人才培养质量提升具有借鉴意义。

By visiting higher education institutions such as University of Western Ontario, University of Waterloo, University of Toronto, University of Wilson, University of Capilano and University of British Columbia,we exchange and learn from each other about the development of higher education in Canada, the cultural differences between China and Canada, and the teaching development of higher education in China and Canada.On the one hand, it promotes the application of information technology in teaching, management, learning and evaluation, and on the other hand, it has reference significance for actively changing the role orientation of teachers,being the instructor and supporter of students’ learning, promoting the practice of student-centered teaching ideas and teaching methods, actively building student-centered innovative talent training and promoting the improvement of talent training quality.
