摘要
形成性评价是针对教学过程进行的一种评价方式,注重为教师和学生提供及时的反馈信息,以便调整后续的教学策略与学习方法,进而提高教学质量。在形成性评价内涵要义进行充分阐述的基础上,针对军队院校的教学特点,深入分析了形成性评价在军队院校课程教学中的作用和意义,并提出了相应的实践策略和方法。评价关注学员学习和发展的过程,充分发挥其促进学员综合素质发展的教育功能,最终实现知识与技能、过程与方法、情感态度与价值观的全面协调发展。
Formative evaluation, as an evaluation method for the teaching process, focuses on providing teachers and students with timely feedback information, so as to adjust the subsequent teaching strategies and learning methods, and improve the quality of teaching. On the basis of fully expounding the connotation of formative evaluation, and aiming at the teaching characteristics of military academies, this paper deeply analyzes the role and significance of formative evaluation in course teaching of military academies, and puts forward the corresponding practice strategies and methods. Only by paying attention to the process of students’ learning and development, can evaluation give full play to its educational function of promoting students’ comprehensive quality development, and realize the comprehensive and coordinated development of knowledge and skills, process and methods, emotional attitude and values.
