The labor and social insurance policies and laws of the Central Soviet area actively respond to the rights demands of Chinese workers.The objects of social insurance extend from industrial workers to farmers,and the types of social insurance cover the so-called“five insurances”in the modern sense.The special work of the Central Soviet area was closely integrated with the mass line,and the special organs and functional departments jointly managed it,ensuring the implementation of labor and social insurance policies and laws.The Central Soviet area made comprehensive policies and two-way efforts,and effectively dispersed and resolved various labor risks with a variety of alternative and supplementary ways of social insurance.
