基于剥夺成本分析的应急救援路径优化研究

摘要 针对震后路径受损导致受灾人员救援困难的情形,构造了考虑患者剥夺成本和兼顾救援效率与公平的应急救援模型.在区域协同应急救援的场景下,从主观角度出发分析患者遭遇痛苦的心理代价,以伤员总剥夺成本最小和总等待时间最小作为决策目标,应用蚁群算法对传统模型和新模型进行实验求解,讨论研究新模型中职能的划分是否能够为救援提供帮助并且达到减少重伤患者的心理创伤程度和优化路径的效果.实验结果表明:与基于时间和基于距离等传统模型相比,新模型的剥夺成本小于传统模型,具有一定的优越性. Aiming at the situation that the damaged path after the earthquake makes it difficult to rescue the victims, an emergency rescue model is constructed that considering the cost of patient deprivation and taking into account the efficiency and fairness of rescue.In the scene of regional coordinated emergency rescue, the psychological cost of patients suffering from pain is analyzed from a subjective point of view.Taking the minimum total deprivation cost and the minimum waiting time of the wounded as the decision-making goals, the ant colony algorithm is used to solve the traditional model and the new model experimentally and discuss whether the division of functions in the new model can provide help for rescue and achieve the effect of reducing the psychological trauma of severely injured patients and optimizing the path.The experiment results show that compared with traditional models based on time and distance, the deprivation cost of the new model is less than that of the traditional model, which has certain advantages.
