关于发展智能建造的国际经验启示

Enlightenment of International Experience on the Development of Intelligent Construction

近年来,我国智能建造及建筑工业化发展迅速并取得了较显著的成效,但在产业体系、标准制定、技术研发、信息共享、人才培养等方面还面临着诸多难点和挑战,部分发达国家仍引领着整体的发展方向。初步梳理了当前一些国家智能建造的发展情况,提炼出在智能建造领域的发展侧重点和值得借鉴的经验,为我国发展智能建造提出建议。

Intelligent construction and construction industrialization have been developing rapidly and achieved remarkable results in China recently.However,there are still many difficulties and challenges in industry,standard,technology,data and talent,while many developed countries lead the overall direction.This paper figures out the current situation and valuable experience of intelligent construction in some developed countries,and puts forward suggestions for further development of intelligent construction in China.
