摘要
结合工程总承包项目实际案例对工程总承包合同中的工作范围、项目目标、合同价款、支付方式、变更约定、工程结算等合同要点进行梳理和分析,以提高发承包双方的合同管理能力,促进工程总承包项目交付,有效规避风险。
Combined with the case of EPC project,this paper combs and analyzes the key contract terms in EPC contract,such as work scope,project objective,contract price,payment method,change agreement and project settlement,so as to improve the contract management ability of both parties,promote the delivery of EPC project and effectively avoid risks.
