城镇老旧小区改造基金运营管理研究

城镇老旧小区改造是改善居民居住环境、提高生活质量的重要途径,对推动当前经济社会发展具有重要意义。然而,由于缺乏稳定的改造资金来源,一定程度上影响了城镇老旧小区改造的进程。本研究提出通过设立城镇老旧小区改造基金,来缓解老旧小区改造的资金压力,并对基金定位、基金资金来源以及基金运营管理模式等展开分析。最后,对基金运营管理过程中可能出现的风险提出相关建议,为城镇老旧小区改造基金运营管理提供参考。

The renovation of old urban communities is an important way to improve the living environment and quality of life of residents,and it is of great significance to promote the current economic and social development.However,due to the lack of a stable source of funds for renovation,the process of renovation of old urban communities has been affected to a certain extent.This study proposes to set up old urban community renovation funds to relieve the financial pressure of old community renovation,and analyzes the positioning of the fund,the source of fund funds,and the mode of fund operation and management.Finally,puts forward relevant suggestions on the possible risks in the process of fund operation and management,which can provide reference for the operation and management of the old urban community renovation fund.
