儒家伦理领导对企业创新的影响:企业社会责任视角的实证研究

The Influence of Confucian Ethical Leadership on Corporate Innovation:An Empirical Study from the Perspective of Corporate Social Responsibility

儒家思想对企业经营的影响已成当今理论界和企业界的关注热点,但儒家思想与企业创新的关系一直存在着争议。本文从企业社会责任视角,应用案例调查法(Case Survey)对151个企业案例样本的编码数据作回归分析,探讨了儒家伦理领导对于企业创新的影响。研究发现:儒家伦理领导对企业创新有显著的正向影响作用,企业社会责任对此影响具有中介作用。本研究厘清了儒家思想与企业创新关系,对于拓展儒家思想对企业经营影响的研究具有理论贡献,对于企业应用儒家思想亦有启发意义。

The influence of Confucianism on enterprise management has become the focus of attention in today s theoretical and business circles,but the relationship between Confucianism and enterprise innovation has always been controversial.This paper,from the perspective of corporate social responsibility,applies a case survey to make regression analysis on the coded data of 151 enterprise samples,and discusses the influence of Confucian ethical leadership on enterprise innovation.It is found that Confucian ethical leadership has a significant positive impact on enterprise innovation,and corporate social responsibility plays an intermediary role in this impact.This study clarifies the relationship between Confucianism and enterprise innovation,theoretically contributing to the study of the influence of Confucianism on enterprise management and enlightening the application of Confucianism in enterprises.
