摘要
目的比较TBL联合可视纤支镜的教学法与传统纤支镜气管插管在麻醉进修医师培训中的效果。方法2018年1月—2019年12月60名麻醉科进修医师随机分为对照组和试验组,每组30名。对照组使用传统纤支镜进行气管插管教学,试验组使用TBL联合可视纤支镜教学法进行气管插管培训,比较两组教学的效果。结果试验组的第二次理论考试、操作GRS评分分别为(89.03±4.57)分、(3.90±0.80)分,显著高于对照组的(85.07±4.36)分和(2.53±0.82)分(P<0.05);试验组对教学的满意程度(90.00%)比对照组的(63.33%)更高(P<0.05),VAS评分(7.93±1.36)分比对照组(5.43±1.38)分更高。结论TBL联合可视纤支镜教学法在气管插管教学中的应用效果更佳,能提高进修医师对教学满意程度。
Objective To compare the effect of TBL teaching method combined with visible fibrobronchoscope in endotracheal intubation and traditional fibrobronchoscope in the training of anesthetized refresher doctors.Methods 60 anesthetized refresher doctors from January 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,30 in each group.The control group used traditional fibrobronchoscope for endotracheal intubation.The experimental group used TBL teaching method combined with visible fibrobronchoscope for endotracheal intubation.We compared the teaching effect of the two groups.Results The second theory test and the GRS scores of operation in the experimental group were(89.03±4.57)points and(3.90±0.80)points,which were significantly higher than those in the control group(85.07±4.36)points and(2.53±0.82)points(P<0.05);The degree of satisfaction with teaching in the experimental group(90.00%)was higher than that in the control group(63.33%)(P<0.05).The VAS score(7.93±1.36)points was higher than that of the control group(5.43±1.38)points.Conclusion The effect of TBL teaching method combined with visible fibrobronchoscope in endotracheal intubation is better than with traditional fibrobronchoscope and has been applied to improve the teaching satisfaction.
