翻转课堂在临床病理住院医师规范化培训阅片带教中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 阅片带教是临床病理住院医师规范化培训的重要内容,是引领住院医师将书本上的理论知识灵活应用到实际诊断中的关键步骤。我们将“翻转课堂”这一新兴的教学模式引入临床病理住院医师规范化培训的阅片带教过程,并根据临床病理学带教的特点进行大胆创新,充分发挥了学生的主观能动性。学生利用课前时间完成相关知识点的学习,利用课堂时间在带教老师的引导下,通过课堂翻转(学生主导,讲解病变的组织学及细胞学特点、组织讨论交流)及二次翻转(老师主导,把握细节、正确识别病变、缕清诊断思路),实现诊断与鉴别诊断知识的内化。“翻转课堂”克服了传统带教过程中“填鸭式”教学方法的被动性、低效性问题,不仅培养了学生的自主学习能力及分析和解决临床问题的能力,提高了阅片学习的兴趣及效率,也促进了老师带教能力及专业水平的不断提高。 The pathological sections reading training is important in the standardized training of clinical pathological residents.In order to improve the students’subjective initiative,better achieve the teaching objective,we applied the"flipped classroom"teaching method to the pathological sections reading training process in the standardized training of clinical pathological residents,and made innovations according to the characteristics of clinical pathological teaching.In the"flipped classroom",students learned relevant knowledge by themselves before class,and internalized the knowledge of diagnosis and differential diagnosis under the guidance of the teacher during the class.This teaching method overcame the shortcomings such as the passivity and low efficiency in traditional training process,not only developed the students'abilities of autonomous learning,raised the level of analyzing and solving the clinical problems,increased the efficiency of pathological sections reading studies,but also improved the teachers’abilities of training and professional competence.As a result,"flipped classroom"teaching method is worth to be popularized in the standardized training of clinical pathological residents.
