病案式联合PBL教学法在心血管内科教学查房中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨病案式联合PBL教学法在心血管内科教学查房中的应用价值。方法选取2019年9月-2020年1月我院心血管内科的56名临床实习生,随机分成两组。对照组采取常规的心血管内科教学方法,观察组采取病案式联合PBL教学法。比较两组思维模式建立、教学满意度、提高对心血管内科学的积极性和兴趣、增强分析解决问题的能力、知识点的掌握情况、基本操作的掌握情况等评分。比较两组理论知识成绩、综合能力成绩和实践操作成绩得分。结果观察组有助于思维模式的建立、对教学的满意度、提高对心血管内科学的积极性和兴趣、增强分析解决问题的能力、知识点的掌握情况、基本操作的掌握情况等评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组实习生的理论知识成绩、综合能力成绩和实践操作成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论病案式联合PBL教学法在心血管内科教学查房中有较高的应用价值。 Objective To explore the application value of medical record combined with PBL teaching mode in teaching ward round of cardiovascular department.Methods 56 clinical interns from September 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group adopted the conventional teaching method of cardiovascular medicine,and the observation group adopted the teaching mode of medical record combined with PBL.The establishment of thinking mode,satisfaction with teaching,improvement of enthusiasm and interest in foreign science,enhancement of the ability to analyze and solve problems,mastery of knowledge points,and mastery of basic operation were compared between the two groups.The scores of theoretical knowledge,comprehensive ability and practical operation were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group's scores for the establishment of thinking mode,satisfaction with teaching,improvement of enthusiasm and interest in cardiovascular medicine,enhancement of the ability to analyze and solve problems,mastery of knowledge points,and mastery of basic operations were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The theoretical knowledge scores,comprehensive ability scores and practical operation scores of the interns in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching mode of medical record combined with PBL has high application value in teaching ward round of cardiovascular department.
