本科实习生岗前输血知识问卷调查及教学方案探讨

Questionnaire Survey and Discussion of Teaching Plan for the Medicine Interns in Blood Transfusion Knowledge

目的提高本科实习生岗前对输血相关知识的熟悉程度,改进输血科岗前培训的教学方案。方法选择2019年6月新入的临床医学专业和医学影像专业本科实习生75名,于培训前和培训后分别进行两次输血专业知识问卷调查,一次岗前培训授课,比较两次评分结果。结果实习生在岗前培训后的问卷答题正确数目明显高于培训前(8.9±3.0)题vs.(5.5±2.5)题,(P<0.05)。经授课学习,所有实习生在输血法规、基础知识和临床输血方面的学习情况均比授课前有所提高(P<0.05),特别是影像专业实习生的成绩提高明显。结论输血科针对性教学,对实习生熟悉并掌握输血法规和基础知识有积极作用,显著提高了输血科岗前培训效果。但在临床输血知识方面还需进一步结合输血科的实地实习操作,才能巩固授课内容,达到掌握临床输血相关知识和技能的教学目的。

Objective To improve the familiarity of the medical interns with the knowledge of blood transfusion,and to improve the teaching program of the pre job training of blood transfusion department.Methods 75 new undergraduate interns of clinical medicine and medical imaging were selected in June 2019.Before and after the training,two questionnaires of blood transfusion professional knowledge were conducted,one pre job training was given,and the results of two scores were compared.Results The number of the correct answer of the questionnaire after the pre-job training was more than that before the training(8.9±3.0)questions vs.(5.5±2.5)questions,(P<0.05).After training,all the interns'learning in the aspects of blood transfusion laws and regulations,basic knowledge and clinical blood transfusion had been improved compared with that before training(P<0.05),especially for the medical imaging interns.Conclusion Targeted teaching in the blood transfusion department has a positive effect on the interns to be familiar with and master the laws and basic knowledge of blood transfusion,which significantly improves the effect of pre job training in the blood transfusion department.However,in the aspect of clinical blood transfusion knowledge,it is necessary to further combine the practical operation of the blood transfusion department,so as to consolidate the teaching content and achieve the teaching purpose of mastering the related knowledge and skills of clinical blood transfusion.
