摘要 目的评估某医院引入全过程管理后进修管理工作应用效果评价,为后续提升进修培养质量提供指导建议。方法围绕进修培养质量为目标,将全过程管理融入到进修管理工作中,系统分析进修教育工作可能潜在的不足,制定进修教育全过程持续改进措施。结果引入全过程管理后,进修教育管理工作成效逐级凸显,进修培养质量与满意度明显均有显著提升,学员学习收获维度满意度改善显著,由实施前(80.29±7.87)分增加至实施后(96.87±4.31)分,增幅16.58分;学员推荐同事来院进修愿意占比显著提高(P<0.05),学员进修申请来院占比显著改观,由77.19%减少至93.42%。结论引入全过程管理理念是提升进修培养质量与进修满意度的有力抓手,能够有效促进医院教育品牌项目建设,提升品牌影响力和吸引力,为医院继续教育事业高质量发展提供有益建议。 Objective To evaluate the application effect of advanced study management in a hospital after the introduction of the whole process management,and to provide guidance and suggestions for improving the quality of advanced study.Methods Focusing on the quality of further education,the whole process management is integrated into the work of further education management,the potential deficiencies of further education are systematically analyzed,and the measures for continuous improvement of the whole process of further education are formulated.Results After the introduction of the whole-process management,the effect of the management of further education has been gradually highlighted,the quality and satisfaction of further education have been significantly improved,and the satisfaction of students’learning gains has been significantly improved,from(80.29±7.87)points before implementation to(96.87±4.31)points after implementation,an increase of 16.58 points,a significant increase in the proportion of students recommending colleagues for further education(P<0.05),and a significant improvement in the proportion of students applying for further education from 77.19%to 93.42%.Conclusion The introduction of the whole process management concept is a powerful hand to improve the quality and satisfaction of the further education,which can effectively promote the construction of the hospital education brand,and enhance the brand influence and attraction,to provide beneficial suggestions for the high-quality development of hospital continuing education.
