不同带教模式在手术室护理带教中的应用效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析不同带教模式在手术室护理带教中的应用效果,并探讨其临床运用价值。方法以我院在2019年6月—2020年6月手术室接收的护生80名作为本次研究对象,按照盲选法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组有40名,其均选取不同的带教模式。其中,对照组选取常规带教模式,观察组选取一对一全程带教护理模式。对两组护理模式的综合素养从理论知识、风险防护能力和护理实践能力三个方面来进行评估。同时,采取护理满意度调研表,来对护生的带教满意度进行评估。结果观察组护生的理论知识、风险防护能力与护理实践能力评分等相较于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护生对带教满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术室护理带教中,运用不同带教模式来进行干预,在教学质量与带教满意度上,也会存在差异,例如一对一全程带教模式的运用效果相较于常规带教模式效果更佳。 Objective To analyze the application effect of different teaching modes in operating room nursing teaching,and to explore their clinical application value.Methods 80 nursing students received in the operating room of our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were taken as the objects of this study.According to blind selection,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 students in each group,and different teaching modes were selected.Among them,the control group selected the conventional teaching mode,and the observation group selected the one-to-one whole teaching nursing mode.The comprehensive literacy of the two groups of nursing mode was evaluated from three aspects:theoretical knowledge,risk protection ability and nursing practice ability.At the same time,nursing satisfaction survey table was adopted to evaluate the teaching satisfaction of nursing students.Results Compared with the control group,the theoretical knowledge,risk protection ability and nursing practice ability scores of the observation group were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing students'satisfaction with teaching was higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching of operating room nursing,there are differences in teaching quality and teaching satisfaction when different teaching modes are used for intervention.For example,the effect of one-to-one whole-process teaching mode is better than that of conventional teaching mode.
