摘要 《医学微生物学》是重要的医学基础学科,蕴涵着丰富的哲学思想,是专业学习与思政教育有机融合的最佳课程体系之一。本课程挖掘人类跟传染病斗争的过程中涌现的重要科学记事和科学家的伟大贡献,汇集成可操作性和规范性思政教学案例库,自然引入到教学课堂里,激发学生的荣誉感,培养学生科学思想和逻辑思维。本研究选择重要传染病病原体以独立单元形式教学、以PBL、专题讲座、专题访谈、主题辩论多种教学手段、线上线下教学相混合、必修课与公共选修课相补充,重新设计了本课程的教学内容,注重学生主动学习能力的培养和批判性思维的建立。《医学微生物学》辩证思维创新思想体系的建设旨在树立辩证思维教学理念、采用创新教学模式、设计创新思维实施方案,将专业教学与思政教育有机融合,让专业课程学习升华为理性思考、科学推理、辩证思维、生动有趣的科学思想培养的实践过程。 Medical Microbiology is an important basic medical discipline,which contains rich philosophical thoughts.It is one of the best curriculum systems for the organic integration of professional learning and ideological and political education.This study excavates the important scientific records and the great contributions of scientists in the process of human struggle against infectious diseases,builds the operable and standardized ideological and political teaching case bank,and naturally introduces it into the teaching classroom to stimulate students'sense of honor and cultivate students'scientific thought and logical thinking.This study selected important infectious pathogens to teach in the form of independent units,mixed online and offline teaching with PBL,special lectures,special interviews and thematic debates,supplemented by compulsory courses and public elective courses,redesigned the teaching content of this course,and paid attention to the cultivation of students'active learning ability and the establishment of critical thinking.The construction of dialectical thinking innovation ideological system of Medical Microbiology aims to establish the teaching concept of dialectical thinking,adopt innovative teaching mode,design the implementation scheme of innovative thinking,organically integrate professional teaching and ideological and political education,and sublimate professional curriculum learning into a practical process of rational thinking,scientific reasoning,dialectical thinking and vivid and interesting scientific thought cultivation.
