基层县级医院超声学科建设难点与对策

Difficulties and Countermeasures of Ultrasonic Discipline Construction in County-level Hospitals

基层县级医院在我国卫生健康体系中起着承上启下的重要作用,超声学科在临床上发展迅猛但不甚均衡,在学科建设和发展中面临着不少难点:包括组成不够专业化、设备更新和信息化建设滞后等,尤其是人才队伍培育以及专科医师规范化培养模式缺乏。文章剖析上述学科建设难点,从学科管理建设、业务的信息化建设和现代化管理、科室协作、科研能力建设、院外交流合作等,重点从学科人才队伍建设方面提出了对策,以期助力基层医院超声学科建设发展,从而更好地促进县级医院可持续发展。

Grass-roots county-level hospitals in our health care system plays an important role,which forms a connecting link between the preceding and ultrasound in clinical development rapidly,but not very balanced,in the subject construction and development is facing many difficulties:including not enough professional,equipment updating and informatization construction lag,etc.,especially the talent cultivation and lack of specialist standardization cultivation model.This paper analyzes the difficult subject construction,the management of construction of the discipline,the business informationization and modernization of management,department coordination,scientific research and capacity building,courtyard outside the exchanges and cooperation and so on,mainly puts forward the countermeasures from the aspects of discipline construction of talent team,in order to help basic-level hospitals ultrasonic discipline construction and development,to better promote the sustainable development of the county hospitals.
