摘要 对实习生、研究生、住培生、进修生(以下统称为“四生”)进行临床操作技能培训考核是医院教学工作的重要方面,我院基于自研的医院教学培训管理系统,采用信息化手段对“四生”临床操作技能培训考核全过程进行精细化管理,实现科学智能轮转与信息化监督,并将数据进行量化存储、统计分析,制定准确合理的教学计划与培训侧重点。运用信息化管理优势,优化师生评价体系及绩效体系,健全师生激励机制,构建良好学习氛围。同时对于指导医师能力评估贯穿教学培训全过程,信息系统通过记录指导医师教学工作量、管理工作量、出勤工作量等数据,提供指导医师与管理部门间的多向评价反馈,对教学培训过程、质量、真实性监控,形成对指导医师评价性数据,为保障教学质量提供了有效数据支撑。因此,在教学培训全过程中采取信息化管理,可以明显提高教学管理水平,保障医学教学培训质量,在有条件的地区或医院,应积极推广实施。 It is an important aspect of hospital teaching work to conduct clinical operation skills training and assessment for interns,graduate students,regular trainees,and advanced students(collectively referred to as the"four students").Our hospital is based on a self-developed hospital teaching training management system and adopts information technology.Carry out fine management of the whole process of"four students"clinical operation skills training and assessment,realize scientific and intelligent rotation and information supervision,and carry out quantitative storage and statistical analysis of data,and formulate accurate and reasonable teaching plans and training focuses.Use the advantages of information management,optimize the teacher-student evaluation system and performance system,improve the teacher-student incentive mechanism,and build a good learning atmosphere.At the same time,the ability assessment of instructing physicians runs through the whole process of teaching and training.The information system records the teaching workload,management workload,attendance workload and other data of instructing physicians,and provides multi-directional evaluation feedback between instructing physicians and management departments.Quality and authenticity monitoring have formed evaluation data for instructing physicians,providing effective data support for ensuring the quality of teaching.Therefore,the use of information management in the whole process of teaching and training can significantly improve the level of teaching management and ensure the quality of medical teaching and training.It should be actively promoted and implemented in regions or hospitals where conditions permit.
