住院医师规范化培训基地形成性评价的实施与管理

Implementation and Management of the Formative Assessment for the Standardized Resident Training Base

我国住院医师规范化培训体系已基本健全,以改进为目的的形成性评价在住院医师临床培训中越来越受到关注。本文以作者所在单位为例,介绍住院医师培训基地形成性评价的实施与管理。首先依据形成性评价的特点,设计以核心胜任力为导向的住院医师形成性评价方案,包括每月围绕住院医师核心胜任力对住院医师进行多维度评估及反馈,每学年末组织年度综合考核。为了保障形成性评价顺利执行,建立院级、专业基地、轮转科室三级考核组织管理架构,明确具体职责。为提高评估管理效率,建设信息化管理平台,同时通过系统平台的数据梳理,进行不同维度及不同层次的反馈,推动持续质量改进。建设一支高质量的形成性评价师资队伍也是形成性评价能顺利推行的必要条件。

The standardized resident training system in China has been basically perfect,and the formative assessment for the purpose of improvement has been paid more attention in the clinical training for resident.Taking the author's hospital as an example,this paper introduces the implementation and management of the formative assessment for the resident training base.Firstly,according to the characteristics of formative assessment,a residents'formative assessment scheme guided by core competence is designed,including multi-dimensional assessment and feedback every month,and annual assessment at the end of each school year.In order to ensure the implementation of formative assessment,a three-level assessment organization and management structure at hospital level,specialty base level and rotating department level is established to clarify specific responsibilities.In order to improve the efficiency of evaluation management,build an information management platform,and gives feedback in different dimensions and levels by data sorting.At the same time,building a high-quality teaching staff is also necessary for the implementation of formative assessment.
