摘要
厘清专业群之间协同作用类型与互动机理是科学布局专业群、推动高水平高职院校建设的基础与前提。研究运用系统动力学模型与Vensim软件,对专业群个体之间竞争程度缓和时、激烈时和没有任何竞争时三种不同状态下关键变量间的关系进行仿真模拟发现:随着时间的推移和系统对外界资源的不断摄入,高职专业群系统内专业群的数量和系统整体绩效会因竞争系数的不同而形成多种协同作用结果,当且仅当在一个适切的群间竞争系数之下,专业群个体之间才能实现良性互动和协同发展。根据仿真模拟结果和高职专业群的实践样态,可将专业群之间的协同作用关系梳理为共生性协同发展、偏利性协同发展、竞争性协同发展等主要协同发展类型。高职专业群之间协同作用过程中体现出资源争夺是专业群间相互作用的关键驱动、良性竞争是专业群间协同作用的基本保障、外部系统变化是专业群间合作的催化剂等协同互动机理。
Clarifying the types of synergy and interaction between professional groups is the basis and prerequisite for scientifically deploying professional groups and promoting the construction of high-level vocational colleges.This study uses the system dynamics model and Vensim software to simulate the relationship between the key variables in the three different states,that is,when the degree of competition among individuals in the professional group is relaxed,when there is fierce competition,and when there is no competition.The findings show that:as the system continues to absorb external resources with time,the number of professional groups in the higher vocational professional group system and the overall performance of the system will form a variety of synergistic results due to different competition coefficients.If and only if there is an appropriate competition coefficient between groups under this condition can individuals in the professional group achieve benign interaction and coordinated development.According to the simulation results and the practice patterns of higher vocational professional groups,the synergistic relationship between professional groups can be sorted into the main types of coordinated development such as symbiotic coordinated development,favored coordinated development,and competitive coordinated development.The process of synergy between professional groups in higher vocational colleges shows that resource competition is the key driver of the interaction between professional groups,healthy competition is the basic guarantee for the synergy between professional groups,and external system changes are the catalyst for cooperation between professional groups.
