摘要
经过20年的发展,我国新能源汽车产业进入发展新阶段,供给规模逐渐增大、需求加速释放,产业由政策驱动向市场驱动过渡,产业链正加速变革和重塑。在这一过程中,我国新能源汽车产业链不断延伸,向网联化、智能化方向发展,但仍存在产业链短板突出、产业链韧性不足、自主品牌产业链附加值不高等问题。目前,我国已进入将先发优势和规模优势转化为产业链供应链优势的关键时期,需要不断强链补链,加强关键环节核心技术攻关,培育产业链关键环节“隐形冠军”和“链主”企业,增强全球价值链治理能力。
After 20 years of development,the development of China’s new energy vehicle industry has entered a new stage.The scale of supply has gradually increased,the demand has been released rapidly,the industry has transitioned from policy-driven to market-driven,and the industrial chain is accelerating the transformation and reshaping.In this process,China’s new energy vehicle industry chain has been continuously extended and developed in the direction of networking and intelligence.However,there are still problems such as prominent shortcomings in the industrial chain,insufficient resilience of the industrial chain,and low added value of the industrial chain of independent brands.At present,China has entered a critical period of transforming first-mover advantages and scale advantages into industrial chain and supply chain advantages.It is necessary to continuously strengthen and supplement the chain,strengthen core technology research,cultivate “invisible champions” in key links of the industrial chain,and cultivate “chain owners” enterprises to strengthen the governance capacity of the global value chain.
