血β2微球蛋白水平与脑白质病变相关性的研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的 评价放射免疫法肾功能与脑白质病变(WML)之间的相关性。方法 陕西省人民医院62例WML患者,入院后行血清肌酐、尿素氮及放射免疫法肾功能等生化检查,同时进行1.5T头颅磁共振(MRI)平扫,采用Fazekas量表对WML进行分级。结果 WML患者的放射免疫法肾功能与年龄、Fazekas总分进行相关分析,结果发现血β2微球蛋白水平与患者Fazekas总分具有正相关性(r=0.252,P<0.05)。同时发现,患者血β2微球蛋白水平与年龄亦具有正相关性(r=0.291,P<0.05)。其他放射免疫法肾功能指标包括尿β2微球蛋白、尿白蛋白、尿免疫球蛋白G和尿α1微球蛋白均未发现与患者年龄、Fazekas总分具有相关性。结论 放射免疫法肾功能中血β2微球蛋白水平与WML之间有明显相关性。 Objective To evaluate the relationship between the radioimmune kidney function and white matter lesions(WML).Methods Sixty-two patients with WML in Shaanxi Provincial People’s Hospital underwent biochemical examinations such as serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,and renal function after admission.At the same time,they also underwent 1.5 T cranial magnetic resonance scan.The Fazekas scale was used to classify WML.Results The serum β 2 microglobulin level was positively correlated with the Fazekas total score,which was statistically significant(r=0.252,P<0.05).At the same time,it was found that the serum β 2 microglobulin level was also positively correlated with age(r=0.291,P<0.05).Other radioimmune kidney function indexes including urine β 2 microglobulin,urine albumin,urine immunoglobulin G and urine α1 microglobulin were not found to be correlated with the patient’s age and Fazekas total score.Conclusion There is a significant correlation between the serum β 2 microglobulin level and WML.
