推动全球经济治理体系改革的基本思路和战略举措

The Basic Approach and Strategic Measures for Promoting the Reform of the Global Economic Governance System

2008年国际金融危机以来,国际政治和经济力量对比深刻演变,加之新冠肺炎疫情暴发,全球经济治理体系改革势在必行。本文从分析推动全球经济治理体系改革必要性、紧迫性和可行性出发,提出以平等为基础、以开放为导向、以合作为动力、以共享为目标的推进全球经济治理体系改革的基本思路。同时,本文以贸易、投资、金融、规则、产业、气候以及网络等领域为研究重点,分析当前改革重点,并提出战略举措,以提高中国参与全球经济治理的制度性话语权。

Since the international financial crisis in 2008,coupled with the outbreak of COVID-19,the profound evolution of international political and economic power,have made the reform of the global economic governance system imperative.Starting from the analysis of the necessity,urgency,and feasibility of promoting the reform of global economic governance system,this paper puts forward the basic idea of promoting the reform of global economic governance system based on equality,oriented to openness,driven by cooperation and with sharing as the goal.At the same time,this paper focuses on trade,investment,finance,rules,industry,climate,and networks,analyzes the current reform priorities,and proposes strategic initiatives to improve the voice over international regimes of China’s participation in global economic governance.
