Further Understanding the Significance and Tasks of the Research on the History of the Third-line Construction

三线建设是20世纪60年代,以毛泽东同志为核心的党的第一代中央领导集体做出的重大战略决策。几十年来,三线建设取得了巨大成就,积累了宝贵经验。系统研究这些成就和经验,对于深入推进党史学习教育和“四史”宣传教育,丰富、弘扬、传承党的精神谱系,深入总结党和国家的历史经验,保护和利用三线工业遗产,都具有十分重要的意义。广大三线建设史研究者应在翔实的资料基础上,切实推进三线建设史研究,编写三线历史,讲好中国故事,继承和发扬“三线精神”,为新时代中国特色社会主义事业服务。

Strengthening the third-line construction was a major strategic decision made by the first generation of the central leadership of the CPC with Comrade Mao Zedong as the core in the 1960s.Over the past few decades,the third-line construction has made great achievements and accumulated valuable experience.A systematic study of these achievements and experiences is essential for further promoting the study and education of the Party history and the propaganda and education of the learning of the histories of the Party,New China,the reform and opening-up,and socialist development,enriching,promoting and inheriting the Party’s spiritual pedigree,in-depth summarizing the historical experience of the Party and the country,and protecting and utilizing the third-line industrial heritage.On the basis of detailed data,the majority of researchers in the history of the construction of the third-line,earnestly promote the research on the history of the construction of the third-line,compile the history of the “thirdline”,tell Chinese stories well,inherit and carry forward the “three-line spirit”,and serve socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
