湖北省普通高校乒乓球师资队伍建设研究

Current Situation and Problems of as well as Countermeasures against Table Tennis Teaching in Ordinary Colleges and Universities in Hubei Province

通过问卷调查,运用文献资料法等,本研究填补湖北省普通高校乒乓球师资队伍调查的空白点;借助教师是教学的主导与学生是教学的主体的理论分析了湖北省属院校乒乓球师资队伍建设的问题;提出提升省属高校乒乓球师资队伍建设的建议。现在,省属高校乒乓球教师的培训与素质的提高成为大学师资提升的一个死角与短板,亟需解决。

Through questionnaires and the documentation method,this research fills the gap in the survey of table tennis teachers in ordinary colleges and universities in Hubei Province.From the perspective of the concept that teachers lead students in the teaching,this paper analyzes the problem of constructing table tennis teaching staff in ordinary colleges and universities in Hubei Province,and puts forward suggestions on how to improve the construction.Currently,the training of table tennis teachers in provincial colleges and universities and the improvement in their quality is neglected,which needs to be addressed urgently.
