摘要
为深入贯彻落实国家大力加强职业教育、深化职教改革文件精神,近年来,襄阳职业技术学院积极与襄阳(国家)高新区探索实践全面、深入、系统的校企合作与产教融合,在襄阳高新区管委会主导下,校企通过契约深度融合,政、校、企共建先进制造业产业学院,以政校企行联合培养技术技能型人才项目为载体,以园区现代学徒制改革为重点,以共建园区学习中心、培育产教融合型企业、打造产业教授、共建协同创新中心等为抓手,完善产业学院运行体制与机制,推动产业学院实质化运作,为区域经济发展提供了人才资源保障,成为了能满足学校和园区内订单培养、员工培训与学历提升、学生实习实训、技术研发与技术革新等要求的产业学院典范。
In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the national document on vigorously strengthening vocational education and deepening vocational education reform,Xiangyang Polytechnic has actively explored and practiced comprehensive,in-depth and systematic school-enterprise cooperation and industry-education integration with Xiangyang(National)High Tech Zone in recent years.Under the guidance of the management committee of Xiangyang High Tech Zone,the school and enterprise have deeply integrated through contract,and the government,school and enterprise have jointly built an advanced manufacturing industry college.Taking the project of joint training of technical and skilled talents by government,schools,enterprises and industries as the carrier,focusing on the reform of the modern apprenticeship system in the park,and starting with the joint construction of the Park Learning Center,the cultivation of industry-education integrated enterprises,the creation of industry professors and the joint construction of Collaborative Innovation Center,we have improved the operation system and mechanism of the industrial college,promoted the substantive operation of the industrial college,and provided talent resource guarantee for the development of regional economy.It has become a model industrial college that can meet the requirements of order training,staff training and academic improvement,student internship and training,technology research and development and technological innovation.
