农村基层干部经济领导力包含经济知识力、经济决策力、经济组织力、经济控制力、经济创新力。随着我国农业农村现代化建设的纵深推进,我国农村基层干部经济领导能力得到了很大提升,但距新农村建设的人才要求还有一定差距。由此,积累经济知识力、增强经济决策力、提升经济组织力、完善经济控制力、催生经济创新力成为新时代擢升我国农村基层干部经济领导力的总体进路。

The economic leadership of rural grass-roots cadres includes economic knowledge,economic decision-making,economic organization,economic control and economic innovation.With the in-depth promotion of China’s rural agricultural modernization,the economic leadership ability of rural grass-roots cadres has been greatly improved,but there is still a certain gap from the talent requirements of new rural construction.Therefore,accumulating economic knowledge,enhancing economic decision-making,improving economic organization,improving economic control and giving birth to economic innovation have become the overall way to improve the economic leadership of rural grass-roots cadres in the new era.
