基于Surfer软件的木横梁腐朽状态应力波无损检测技术 被引量:1

摘要 古建筑木结构维修和保护时,需要在维修前对承重木结构的可靠性、安全性做出评估。为探究福建省屏南县代溪镇北墘村古建筑木横梁内部腐朽状态,利用应力波检测仪对其部分木横梁进行无损检测,并利用Surfer软件中插值法对木横梁的应力波速进行可视化等值线处理。结果表明:几乎所有承重木横梁都存在不同程度的腐朽缺陷,木横梁上层截面内部腐朽情况明显小于下层木横梁截面,预测结果与木横梁实际健康状况基本吻合。利用Surfer软件处理应力波速,对木横梁不同截面进行内部腐朽预测,将无损检测方法由定性研究向定量研究方向转化。 It is necessary to evaluate the reliability and safety of the load-bearing timber structures before to proceed the maintenance and intervention.In order to investigate the internal decay state of the timber members of ancient buildings in Beiqian village,Daixi town,Pingnan county,Fujian Province,a stress wave detector was used to assess the wooden beams.The stress wave velocity of the wooden beams was processed by using the interpolation method of Surfer software.The results showed that almost all loadbearing wooden beams have various defects of decay.The internal decay of the upper section was significantly smaller than that of the lower section.The predicted results were in the good agreement with the actual health condition of the wooden beams.Non-destructive testing method was transformed from the qualitative research to the quantitative research by using Surfer software processing the stress wave velocity and providing visualization prediction of internal decay of different cross-sections of wooden beams.
