整体护理对神经外科术后患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的预防

Prevention of Lower Extremity Deep Venous Thrombosis in Patients after Neurosurgery by Holistic Nursing

目的分析研究整体护理对神经外科术后患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的预防。方法随机选取该院2019年1月—2021年5月收治的神经外科术后患者100例为研究对象,遵循随机原则进行分组,对照组50例,观察组50例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加用整体护理,比较两组患者的下肢深静脉血栓发生率、生活质量、SAS评分、SDS评分、护理质量。结果与对照组患者的下肢深静脉血栓发生率18.00%相比,观察组的2.00%更低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.111,P<0.05)。与对照组患者的生活质量相比,观察组的评分更高,差异有统计学意义(t=40.024、65.513、35.568、21.042,P<0.05)。与对照组患者的SAS评分、SDS评分相比,观察组的评分更低,差异有统计学意义(t=9.396、8.323,P<0.05)。与对照组的护理质量相比,观察组的评分更高,差异有统计学意义(t=14.987、13.150、6.245、6.552,P<0.05)。结论实施整体护理方法,对神经外科术后患者具有降低下肢深静脉血栓发生率的效果,且患者的情绪状态比较好,生活质量随之升高,很大程度上提高了护理质量,在临床中值得应用和推广。

Objective To analyze and study the prevention of holistic nursing for lower extremity deep vein thrombosis in patients after neurosurgery.Methods A total of 100 patients admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to May 2021 after neurosurgery were randomly selected as the research objects,and they were divided into groups according to the principle of randomization,including 50 cases in the control group and 50 cases in the observation group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given holistic nursing on the basis of the control group.The incidence of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis,quality of life,SAS score,SDS score and nursing quality of patients in the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of DVT in the observation group was lower than 18.00%in the control group 2.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.111,P<0.05).Compared with the quality of life of the control group,the score of the observation group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(t=40.024,65.513,35.568,21.042,P<0.05).Compared with the SAS score and SDS score of the control group,the score of the observation group was lower,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.396,8.323,P<0.05).Compared with the nursing quality of the control group,the score of the observation group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(t=14.987,13.150,6.245,6.552,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of holistic nursing method has the effect of reducing the incidence of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis for patients after neurosurgery,and the emotional state of patients is relatively good,the quality of life increases,which improves the quality of nursing to a great extent and is worthy of application and promotion in clinic.
