清肺利咽汤治疗慢性咽炎临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Qingfei Liyan Decoction in Treating Chronic Pharyngitis

目的分析慢性咽炎患者采用清肺利咽汤治疗的价值。方法随机选取该院2018年1月—2021年10月80例慢性咽炎患者作为研究对象,并按随机抽样法分两组(每组40例),对照组采用中成药治疗,观察组采用清肺利咽汤治疗,对比两组临床疗效、不良反应率、炎症因子水平、中医症候积分。结果观察组临床疗效(97.50%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05);观察组不良反应率(10.00%)与对照组(12.50%)相比,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.000,P>0.05);观察组TNF-α、IL-6、CRP低于对照组,IL-2高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组主症、次症、舌质舌苔、脉象积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论选择清肺利咽汤对慢性咽炎进行治疗可改善患者临床症状,亦可降低机体炎症状态,确保治疗有效性及安全性。

Objective To analyze the value of Qingfei Liyan Decoction in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic pharyngitis who admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to October 2021 were randomly selected as the research objects,and were divided into 2 groups(40 cases in each group)according to the random sampling method".The control group was treated with Chinese patent medicine,and the observation group was treated with Qingfei Liyan Decoction.The clinical efficacy,adverse reaction rate,inflammatory factor level,TCM symptom score were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group(97.50%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the adverse reaction rate between the observation group(10.00%)and the control group(12.50%)(χ^(2)=0.000,P>0.05).The levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and IL-2 was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The main symptoms,secondary symptoms,tongue coating and pulse score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Choosing Qingfei Liyan Decoction for the treatment of chronic pharyngitis can improve the clinical symptoms of patients and reduce the inflammatory state of the body,so as to ensure the effectiveness and safety of the treatment.
