摘要
利用TiO_(2)/Ti光催化阳极构建光催化耦合三维电化学反应器,对苯酚饱和的活性炭进行再生。表征了再生活性炭的表面结构,研究了再生时间、电解液种类及浓度、电压及再生次数对活性炭再生率的影响。表征结果表明,光电耦合再生对活性炭表面的孔隙结构破坏较小,再生后的比表面积、孔体积略有减小,孔径略有增大,微孔恢复程度较高。实验结果表明,在再生时间为8 h、电解液为1.0%(w)的NaCl溶液、电压为8 V的条件下,活性炭的再生率可达76.54%,再生4次后仍在70%以上。光电耦合再生具有再生速度快、操作电压低、再生液残留的苯酚浓度低、再生效果稳定的特点。
The activated carbon saturated by phenol was regenerated using a photocatalysis coupled three-dimensional electrochemical reactor constructed with a TiO^(2)/Ti photocatalytic anode.The surface structure of the regenerated activated carbon was characterized,in addition,the effects of regeneration time,electrolyte type and concentration,voltage intensity and regeneration times on the regeneration rate of activated carbon were studied.The characterization results show that the pore structure on the surface of activated carbon has little damage by photoelectric coupling regeneration,the specific surface area and pore volume decrease slightly,the pore diameter increases slightly,and the micropores have great recovery.The experimental result shows that under the conditions of regeneration time 8 h,using 1.0%(w)NaCl solution as electrolyte and voltage 8 V,the regeneration rate of activated carbon can reach 76.54%and remain above 70%after 4 times of regeneration cycle.Photoelectric coupling regeneration has the characteristics of fast regeneration speed,low operating voltage,low residual phenol concentration in the regeneration solution,and stable regeneration effect.
