摘要
乡村定向师范生的培养不仅是乡村教育工作人力资源支持的重要需求,也是现代社会环境下提升乡村建设质量和力度的科学路径。本文以乡村定向师范生的卓越潜质提升为背景,分别从内含价值路径三方面入手进行研究,意在找到乡村定向师范生能力培养的科学路径,为师范生更好地为乡村地区的教育事业提供服务支持找到方向和路径。通过本文的分析可知,乡村定向师范生的卓越潜质包括了人文素养培养、情怀培养、能力培养、实践状态培养四方面的内容。而针对乡村定向师范生的培养工作中需要分别从宏观教育维度、系统培养维度、科学引导维度、实践维度出发达到相应的教育培养目标。
The training of rural directed normal university students is not only an important demand for the support of human resources in rural education, but also a scientific way to improve the quality and strength of rural construction in the modern social environment. Based on the improvement of the outstanding potential of rural oriented normal university students, this paper studies from three aspects of the embedded value path, aiming to find the scientific path of the ability cultivation of rural oriented normal university students, and find the direction and path for the normal university students to provide better service and support for the education cause in rural areas. Through the analysis of this paper, it can be seen that the outstanding potential of rural oriented normal university students includes four aspects: cultivation of humanistic quality, cultivation of feelings, cultivation of ability and cultivation of practical state. The training of rural oriented normal university students needs to achieve the corresponding education and training objectives from the macro education dimension, systematic training dimension, scientific guidance dimension and practical dimension respectively.
