商用车视野盲区测试方法

摘要 进行了激光笔静态试验测试和强光手电静态试验测试,得到两种试验方法下的驾驶员视野盲区,并将结果与真人盲区试验得到的视野盲区范围进行对比。在静态试验结果基础上,绘制出商用车静态视野范围,进而总结出商用车立体视野盲区的建模方法;接着,利用眼动仪采集驾驶员在启动、并线、直行、90°转弯、入库工况下视野盲区的变化,得到驾驶员重点关注区域和主要的视野盲区范围。本文研究可为后续整车开发和完善车身总布置提供依据。 The static test of laser pen and the strong light of flashlight were both conducted to simulate the blind zone of drivers.And a real person blind zone test was used to compare with the results of the static tests.It is found that the traditional laser pen test is low efficient and has wide error range due to the point mapping and the manual drawing.While the static test of strong light of flashlight performs well.Then,the static visual field of the commercial vehicle was drawn based on the static test.Progressively the modeling method of the stereoscopic blind zone of commercial vehicle is summarized from the visual field.Finally,the eye tracker was used to collect the changes in the blind spot under the operating conditions of start-up,parallel connection,straight travel,90°turning and warehousing.The changes objectively show the focus area and the main blind zone of drivers,which provide a basis for the subsequent vehicle development and improvement of the overall layout.
