新时代中国边疆经济学理论体系构建研究——基于“五大理论”的创新

Research on the Construction of the Theoretical System of Chinese Frontier Economics in the New Era——Innovation Based on the Five Major Theories

构建新时代中国边疆经济学理论体系,是推进中国边疆经济高质量发展的现实需要,也有利于解决中国区域发展不平衡问题,助推中国顺利实现第二个百年奋斗目标。根据前人的研究成果及实践经验,尝试构建具有时代性、前瞻性、原创性和系统性的边疆经济学理论体系,创新提出新时代中国边疆经济学的概念体系、内容体系、价值体系和支撑体系,重点阐释边疆区位再造理论、边疆非经济要素整合理论、边疆平台辐射引领理论、边疆联动区域发展理论、边疆国际经济合作带理论等五大理论框架,旨在为解答新时代中国边疆经济学“是什么”“研究什么”,以及边疆地区经济“怎样发展”等一系列重大理论和现实问题提供理论基础。

To construct the theoretical system of Chinese frontier economics in the new era is a realistic need to promote the high-quality development of frontier economy in China, but also an important support to solve the imbalance of regional development and a method to boost the realization of the“Two Centenary Goals” in China.Based on the previous research results and the author’s rich practical experience, this study tries to build a theoretical system of frontier economics with the characteristics of times, forward-looking, original, and systematic and innovatively, also come up new concept system, content system, value system and supporting system about that.In this study, five theoretical frameworks such as frontier location reconstructing theory, frontier non-economic factor integrating theory, frontier platform radiate and leading theory, frontier linkage regional development theory and frontier international economic cooperation belt theory are emphasized. It aims to answer a series of important theoretical and practical questions such as “what is that” and “what can be research” and “how to develop” about frontier area economy in the new era.
