探讨综合康复训练联合脑电生物反馈治疗痉挛型脑瘫儿童的临床效果 被引量:3

Exploring the Clinical Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Training Combined with EEG Biofeedback in the Treatment of Children with Spastic Cerebral Palsy

摘要 目的 研究综合康复训练与脑电生物反馈治疗联合应用于痉挛型脑瘫儿童临床治疗中对临床疗效产生的影响。方法 研究对象为方便选取该院儿科于2018年1月—2019年1月期间接收的120例痉挛型脑瘫患儿,按照入院顺序随机分为研究组(开展综合康复训练与脑电生物反馈联合治疗)和参照组(实施综合康复训练治疗),各60例。对治疗前、后研究组和参照组患儿的FMFM评分、GMFM评分、及脑电功率改善情况进行比对。结果 经过治疗,研究组和参照组患儿的FMFM评分、GMFM评分和脑电功率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗后,研究组5个区域的GMFM评分均明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=23.195、22.664、35.107、22.173、17.227,P<0.05)。比较治疗后两组患儿的脑电功率值发现,研究组θ波(10.28±1.30)、θ/β波(1.42±0.22)与参照组θ波(13.20±1.52)、θ/β波(2.05±0.28)相比均明显较低,β波(8.09±1.22)高于参照组(6.78±1.08),差异有统计学意义(t=11.309、13.704、6.228,P<0.05)。结论 对痉挛型脑瘫患儿开展综合康复训练和脑电生物反馈的方式开展治疗和干预,患儿的脑功能和运动功能得到有效改善和提升,临床疗效显著。 Objective To study the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation training combined with EEG biofeedback therapy on clinical efficacy in the clinical treatment of children with spastic cerebral palsy. Methods The research subjects were 120 children with spastic cerebral palsy who were admitted to the pediatrics department of the hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were conveniently selected. According to the order of admission, they were randomly divided into a study group (to carry out comprehensive rehabilitation training and EEG biofeedback treatment) and a reference group (to carry out comprehensive rehabilitation training treatment), with 60 cases in each group. The FMFM score, GMFM score and the improvement of EEG power of the study group and the reference group were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the FMFM score, GMFM score and EEG power of the children in the study group and the reference group were compared, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);and after treatment, the total GMFM score and the GMFM score of the five regions in the study group were significantly higher than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant (t=23.195, 22.664, 35.107, 22.173, 17.227, P<0.05). Comparing the EEG power values of the two groups of children after treatment, it was found that the θ wave value (10.28±1.30) and θ/β wave value (1.42±0.22) of the study group were significantly lower than the θ wave value (13.20±1.52) and θ/β wave value (2.05±0.28) of the reference group. The β wave value of the study group (8.09±1.22) was higher than that of the reference group (6.78±1.08),the difference was statistically significant (t=11.309, 13.704, 6.228, P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive rehabilitation training and EEG biofeedback treatment and intervention for children with spastic cerebral palsy can effectively improve and improve the brain function and motor function of the patients, and the clinical effect is significant.
